Game Vault sells access to PlayStation games through the variants and availability displayed on each product page. Customers must provide accurate account and contact information and must not share delivery details with unauthorized parties.

Wallet and payments

Wallet top-ups are credited only after manual payment verification. Wallet value is used for Game Vault purchases and is not represented as a bank deposit. Purchase prices are captured by the server when an order is created.

Delivery

Orders are delivered through a guided video call. Customers should contact support with the public order ID once an order is Processing. Game credentials are never displayed publicly on the website.

Cancellations and returns

Eligible orders cancelled by Game Vault receive a full wallet refund. Delivered games follow the published return policy. Abuse, fraudulent proof, or unauthorized account activity may lead to suspension.
