Game return policy

Every order marked Delivered is eligible for a return request. An approved return credits 50% of the original purchase amount to the customer's Game Vault wallet.

Return requirements

The customer must follow the tutorial shown on the order page and upload a complete deletion-proof video. The order must belong to the customer, be Delivered, and must not already have an active or approved return.

Review

Game Vault manually reviews each video. Approved requests are credited once and the order is marked Returned. Rejected requests include an admin note and may be resubmitted after correcting the proof.

Wallet credit

Return value is wallet credit, not a cash withdrawal. The percentage stored when the request is submitted determines its expected refund.
