Game Vault collects the username, email address, mobile number, payment proof, order history, and return proof required to operate customer accounts and deliver purchases.

How data is used

Account data is used for authentication, delivery support, payment verification, fraud prevention, wallet accounting, and return review. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.

Private evidence

Payment screenshots and return videos are stored using private, randomly generated storage identifiers. Access is restricted to the owning customer and authorized administrators.

Retention and contact

Financial ledger and order records may be retained for accounting and dispute handling. Customers may contact Game Vault through the support page regarding their personal information.
